The digital switchover - don't get left out in the cold.
When the Digital Switchover happens in the West TV region on 24th March and 7th April 2010 you will be required to retune your digital TV and/or digital product if you get your signal through an aerial. Not only will viewers need to retune at each stage of the Digital Switchover but it is good practice to retune regularly to ensure that you are receiving the latest channel line-up and restore any missing channels or features that you think you should have.
Although retuning is fairly straightforward, staff at Moss of Bath will be available in-store during February and March to show customers who have purchased their digital product from us how to complete the process. All of the sales team have passed Digital UK's training and Moss of Bath has been awarded Approved Adviser Status. Satellite, Cable and Broadband products are automatically retuned and updated.
